Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know exactly how Termsusa Septic works and how we are paid. This disclosure explains our role. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Termsusa Septic Is a Referral Service

Termsusa Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not do septic tank pumping, septic system or drain field repair, sewer line repair or any other plumbing work.

When you phone the number on this website or send in a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with plumbing and septic providers in your area.

How We Get Paid

Termsusa Septic may be paid by providers or marketing partners for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on things such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Stand on Their Own

Providers are independent businesses. They are not employees, agents or partners of Termsusa Septic. Each provider alone is responsible for:

• Its quotes, pricing and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, insurance, permits and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves with you

Being connected with a provider does not mean we endorse their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. We encourage you to ask questions, check licenses, request a written quote and compare other quotes before you decide.

About Call Recording

Calls made through this website may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
