How Our Network Works

Who You Talk To

When you contact Termsusa Septic, your request goes to independent septic and sewer providers in our network. These are separate local businesses. They are the ones who visit your home, explain what they find, and do the work if you hire them.

Think of it like asking neighbors for the name of a good handyman. We help make the introduction, and then the conversation is between you and the provider.

What Happens After You Reach Out

A provider may contact you to ask a few simple questions. They may want to know what you are noticing, how old the system is, and when it was last serviced. Have a rough answer ready, but do not worry if you do not know everything.

Some providers can give a ballpark idea over the phone. Most will want to see the system before they give a firm written quote. That is normal, since so much of it is underground.

What to Ask an Independent Provider

A short list of questions can save you a lot of confusion. Try these:

  • What do you think is causing the problem, and how can you tell?
  • What exactly does your quote include, and what could change the price?
  • Are there other ways to fix this, and how do they compare?
  • Do you hold the licenses your area requires, and do you carry insurance?
  • How long will the work take, and what will you need from me?
  • Can I have the quote in writing?

Ask the same questions of each provider. That makes the answers much easier to compare.

Where You Can Help and Where You Should Not

You can safely help by noting symptoms, finding your tank lid location if you know it, and clearing a path to it. You can also limit water use while you wait. Opening tanks, entering a pit, or digging near buried lines is not a job for a homeowner. Gases and unstable ground can be dangerous.

You Are in Control

You do not have to accept the first estimate. You do not have to answer on the spot. Take the time you need, compare what you receive, and say no to anything that does not feel right. There is no obligation.
